We have heavily invested in laser cutting over the past few years and have recently purchased a state of the art 4kw fibre laser with self loading Features:

Mild steel: 0.5mm - 20mm thick	Stainless steel: 0.5mm - 15mm thick
Aluminium: 0.5mm - 15mm	Copper: 0.5mm - 8mm
Brass: 0.5mm - 8mm

 Press Brakes

2 x Amada HFE-M2 3000metre 100 ton 7 axis We have just invested in 2 new Amada HFE-M2 brake presses which has increased our capacity and with Amada’s “instant reactive beam” it has increased our accuracy over larger batch qty’s.
1 x Promecam 1200mm 25 ton
The perfect little brake press for the smaller items and smaller batches

 Welding

Mig and Tig welding in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium and with over a 3000sqm designated welding area we are well equipped to deal with large qty’s as well as your bespoke one off jobs

 Punch Profiling

Finn power A5
Our punch press in incredibly quick whilst remaining accurate to within 0.2mm. It has a brushed bed to reduce scratches and can process unto 6mm thick

 Painting

We have a fully automated track powder coating system designated for large qty work and we also have an offline powder coating system with a 3 metre square box oven
