Laser Cutting
We have made significant investment in laser cutting technology and operate a state-of-the-art Bystronic fibre laser, equipped with a fully automated load and unload system. This enables high-precision cutting, improved efficiency, and consistent quality across both small and large production runs.

Folding
We have just invested in 3 new state of the art Amada press brakes which can be programmed remotely and the latest edition one has automated self-loading tooling to allow for quick tool changes for the most complex components.
Folding capacity on all press brakes is 3 metre in length and 100 tonnes of pressure
Welding
We offer MIG, TIG, and laser welding across mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. With over 3,000 sqm of dedicated welding space, our facility is fully equipped to handle large production volumes as well as bespoke, one-off projects.
Our laser welding capability allows for high-precision, low-distortion joins, ideal for applications where accuracy and quality are paramount. This versatility ensures we can meet the needs of a wide range of industries and project types.
Punch Profiling
We operate a Finn-Power A5 punch press, combining speed with precision. The machine delivers an accuracy of ±0.2 mm and features a brushed bed to minimise surface scratches. It is capable of processing materials up to 6 mm thick, making it ideal for both high-volume production and detailed components.
Painting
We offer comprehensive painting and powder coating solutions. Our fully automated track powder coating system is ideal for high-volume production, while our offline powder coating system with a 3-metre square box oven provides flexibility for smaller batches or bespoke components.
Additionally, we now operate a fully automated paint line featuring robotic arm powder guns, ensuring consistent coverage, high efficiency, and exceptional finish quality across all projects.
Assembly
We provide full product assembly services, adding value by delivering completed units ready for use. All products are assembled and packed to customer specifications, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout the supply chain.
